JUICY SUNDAYS (booking required)
In an effort to bring the community together in health, we are hosting Juicy Sundays every Sunday, from the 24th March, where YOU bring the fruit and veg and juice it at Licence 2 Kale.
Clients are invited to buy their glass bottles (one off cost) from "The Kind Table" at £5 per bottle.
Juicing events has a cost of £6 per session of £20 for a month (4 sessions), and you are allowed to juice as much or as little as you want (Depending on how much fruit and veg you bring!)

Sally’s Yoga is for Everyone! All styles rolled into one for beginners, advanced, young and old - feel a sense of progress, purpose and mindfulness, improve flexibility, core strength and balance. And always feel better after than you did before!
ONE FRIDAY A MONTH(TBA)
Book clubs are important for helping to foster curiosity and a habit of learning. They help keep you accoutnable for reading more book than you might otherwise, and of course, you get to meet new people with shared interests!
These sessions are facilitated by local fella Michael Kerr, and once in a while we will have specials guests too.
